Fr. Michael is also the Vicar General of the Russian Orthodox Church in Australia.As Chairman, Father Michael provides a balance of prudential management and responsible leadershipwith the essence of charity and giving inspired by St. John of Kronstadt, Patron Saint of RusCare Ltd.
Julia has the skills and expertise to lead Human Resources Management strategies, team and outcomes in line with business direction and growth.
In her role as Human Resources Manager, Julia works closely with the Managing Director and in consultation with senior managers and staff to ensure organisational capability and organisational fit through appropriate recruitment, effective employee engagement and performance, competency based education and development programs, and compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory compliance.
This HR work ensures a capable, engaged, skilled and competent staff that is able to provide excellent residential and home care and services to meet current and future industry growth and compliance requirements
Responsibilities include planning, implementing and evaluation of the Lifestyle Program that contributes to residents’ quality and enjoyment of life and ensures that lifestyle programs and activities respond to residents’ social, cultural and spiritual needs and references.
A wide variety of lifestyle options are provided each week to enable residents to live a normalised lifestyle within the care environment.
The Lifestyle Program is delivered by a very keen and enthusiastic team of staff assisted by Volunteers.

The position of Contracts Manager was developed to assist the Management Team in its work of overseeing the ever-growing number of Suppliers/Contractors and others who provide service to our Facility.
Ivan has worked steadily with all managers and clinical staff to ensure that our service providers satisfy all regulatory requirements, and that they provide the highest level of service to and for our residents.
One of Ivan’s important responsibilities is to work closely and cooperatively with the two contractors offering our Facility Cleaning and Catering services.
His other responsibilities include: Purchasing & Supply (Resident Care Equipment, Janitorial, Maintenance, Clinical & General); Maintenance of the Asset Register & Inventory Control; Asset and General Maintenance, in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager, Nick Protopopov, and Facility Garden services.
Responsibilities include coordinate of maintenance and laundry services as well as monitoring the security and safety of the facility living environment and vehicle maintenance.
A Maintenance request book is available in each area. Other comments, compliments, complaints or hazard reports can be made through a Continuous Improvement form.
Matters regarding general services are best addressed in the first instance through the care staff on duty.
Dan is our Finance and Payroll Manager and she is responsible for all the financial process that involves residents, staff and the organisation.
Some of her duties are: payroll, provision of financial information and processing arrangements for prospective and new residents.
Dan is an integral part of the management team and with her extensive background in Accounting ensures RusCare Ltd financial department runs smoothly and provides excellent customer service to residents, family and staff.
Maria Elia is a member of the Russian Community in Dandenong and has been Manager Community Services for over 4 years.
Her role includes Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) service deliver, Home Care Packages delivery, and is responsible for the coordination, including development, planning, implementation and evaluation of CHSP for the community and evaluate CHSP according to government and CALD community needs.
Her aim is always to an established program budget, including assistance to Volunteers work toward and implement policy in Compliance with legislation and funding requirements in relation to all CHSP activities. Develop and maintain professional relationships with external bodies such as other relevant Government Departments/Local Government areas, allied health etc. and to further develop links with mainstream service providers and ethnic communities and to provide culturally accessible social support services for frail older people and others with a disability of CALD backgrounds, and to assist and support the target group in using other CHSP and community care services.
To support and enable the Clients to become more aware of how to meet their physical, emotional and support needs, through person centred care and the Active Service Model approach to goal setting and care planning.
Liaise with staff and management across the organisation regarding CHSP/Home Care related programs and issues and contribute to effective communication systems for Clients.
Ian has the skills, expertise and experience to lead the overall management of the RusCare Improvement Framework and programs and all RusCare Plans for Continuous & Quality Improvement incorporating comments and complaints from all Stakeholders.
In his role as Quality Manager, Ian works closely with senior managers and staff to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
This Quality work ensures the provision of quality residential and home care, and other support services that can meet current and future community needs.
Adam’s role is to coordinate Mandatory and other Staff education and training through the Annual Education Program, ensuring we meet compliance across all areas with Staff education requirements.
He is also responsible for all publication resources across the organisation including maintaining the RusCare and My Aged Care websites.
Adam is also involved with HR Administration and the Volunteer program.
