Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
The aim of RusCare Ltd's CHSP service is to provide a comprehensive, coordinated and integrated range of support services for frail aged people, people with disabilities and carers living independently in the community. We strive for excellence in Community Care with a comprehensive Person-Centered Care approach in which support is provided to individuals based on their goals and aspirations.
We provide services that meet the social, spiritual, physical and emotional needs of clients to help them to remain independent. We offer timely and flexible services that are responsive to the individual’s needs, preferences and goals.

​Our services are delivered in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards. We aim to continually improve our service to ensure we deliver our programs to a high standard and that we meet the expected outcomes.

Some of the CHSP services and programs we deliver include:​
HOME AND GARDEN MAINTENANCE
Maintenance or repair services for the home and garden that improve safety or accessibility, and promote independence
TRANSPORT
SERVICES
Transport services aim to assist clients to continue their usual activities in the community, enabling them to keep active and socially engaged.
TELELINK
Telelink is a weekly program in which a small group of Russian people talk together in a friendly group conversation over the telephone.
SAMOVAR
GROUP
The Samovar Group meets each Monday and offers a relaxed social atmosphere where members of the Russian community meet to share stories, music and friendship.
CRAFT
GROUP
The Craft group meets every Wednesday for craft instruction in a range of paper crafts and beading.
It's an ideal place to share your talents and skills with other likeminded people.
MONTHLY
SOCIAL
OUTINGS
This group goes on monthly outings where they have BBQs on the Beach, Visit Tourist Spots, Pick Fruit or Berries, or visit Cafes for a meal together.
