RusCare Ltd was established to cater for the needs of, and provide support and services to, Victorians of Russian or Slavic origin.With a history of 50 years’ service, our not-for-profit organisation is supported by the Commonwealth Government through the Department of Health, the Victorian Government Department of Health and Human Services, the Victorian Multicultural Commission, Local Government bodies, as well as Philanthropic Trusts, Corporations and individual donors.

Our global strategy is reviewed tri-annually and updated in Strategic Planning Seminars. The organisation also develops a five year Business Plan to ensure the long-term viability of RusCare

Our employees speak a total of thirty-five languages, many of which are the languages of our Clients. Collectively we assist people from twenty different nationalities throughout Victoria.
